At Oakwood, we are committed to training employees to achieve the highest standards of training available. It is essential that our skilled workforce have individual training to suit their specific job roles. We are continuously improving our training plan enhancing the services we provide to our clients.

Key Facts:

• All of our employees are either CPCS qualified
• CSCS qualified
• CCDO qualified
• CPC qualified
• Each individual employee has various card categories enabling them to operate various pieces of machinery
• All employees have Asbestos Awareness (Asbestos Regulations – SI 2006/2739)
• All site foremen have a 4 day First Aid qualification
• SMSTS certification
• SSSTS certification
• IPAF certification
• In House training
• Health and Safety Training on a regular basis
• Company achievement of CSCS Certificate of Commitment Gold Award
• We ensure all of our sub-contractors have suitable levels for training and in many cases, we provide this training to ensure their staff reach the high standards we set.
